List of Documents To Be Attached while Taking Admission

At the time of counselling, you are required to produce the following documents in original, failure to do so will result in instantaneous cancellation of your claim for admission. You are also required to submit two photocopies of documents submitted by you.

1. Your letter for counselling.
2. Proof of Date of Birth.
3. Marks sheet from X std. onward till last degree. (03 set of Xerox copies)
4. College Leaving Certificate (C.L.C.) from the institution in which you had studied last. (Original)
5. Migration Certificate. (Original)
6. Character Certificate. (Original)
7. Certificate of Medical Fitness. (Original)
8. An affidavit by the candidates in the format to be given by the college.(Original)
9. Five recent passport photographs (One Stamp Size) with your name written on backside.
